U.S. orders over $100 ship for FREE!
Our standard (default) shipping method is UPS (United Parcel Service). However, we maintain the right to choose a different carrier of equal delivery service if available, or for oversize items such as batting, cutting mats, or other large items. USPS is the only option to ship to PO boxes or US military/diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). Orders to non-contiguous states take longer, shipping rates apply.
We provide free shipping on orders over $100, a $16+ value. Once processed, delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days depending on how close you are to us in Hebron, Indiana. Please allow additional processing, handling and shipping time for oversize, or bulk items. *Shipping for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces AA, AE, AP, and other non-contiguous locations, will ship with USPS, and will require an extended amount of time.Â
Orders are shipped every business day. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, on a first in - first out basis. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please contact us if you need a specific shipping estimate for your order. If a rush, or Saturday delivery is required, contact us prior to making your purchase.
A few notes:
1. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will get right on it if possible. Please note, if you order 1 yard cuts of 15 different fabrics your order may take longer than if you order a jelly roll.
2. Products noted as being DIRECT SHIPPED by a third party get shipped using various methods, not under our control.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses when ordering.
3. Order changes: If you need to change or edit your order, please contact us by phone as soon as possible. Contacting us by email, Facebook, Instagram, etc. does not constitute a request. Orders may be processed quickly. We do our best to accommodate requested changes, but we cannot make changes to orders once shipping labels have been purchased.Â
Due to weeks-long package delays and holds with USPS, and many of their major distribution centers, we now ship using UPS. When using UPS Ground, over 90% of packages arrive in 3 days or less. Local, in-state, or nearby shipments often arrive in 1-2 days, while coast-to-coast deliveries generally take 4-5 days. Tracking will be provided to email address given at checkout.Â
Returns
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied! We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. If an item has been used, it is not eligible to be returned.
Sale items may not be returned. Some items, once assembled, are not returnable. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.Â
If returning an item purchased online, please contact us before returning so we can provide additional instructions and assist with the return process. If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt of the order so that we can work with you to make it right. Unfortunately we will not be able to replace, reship or refund if we’re not notified within those first 7 days. We do not provide replacement packaging for products that are not otherwise damaged. Packages damaged by the delivery carrier will require claim filing through that carrier.Â
Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed by us. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. Refunds for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion.
Returns of products with Manufacturer Warranties: If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.
