This week is our fifth week of being open here at Cotton Hearts Quilt Shop, and we’re really enjoying getting to know all of you. Thank you for coming out to meet us and shop in our new store! We’re getting the hang of things, and we appreciate how patient you’ve all been as we're figuring things out.
Come see our new window display! April showers have brought us May flowers! We had so much fun decorating and making a new bright and colorful window! Plus, this week we're having our Spring Sale! All Fabric Collections off the bolt are marked down 10%, making it $10.53 per yard! This does not include any fabric from our Kona, Grunge, Tonal, or Blender lines. However, 108" collection Wide Backs are 10% off the bolt price as well!

Our new shop sign has arrived! Come by and see the new face of Cotton Hearts Quilt Shop, or if you’re just driving by be sure to HONK if you like it! Banners are being made for the back and side of the building to help you find your way. We do have our own parking lot with handicap parking right by our front door that can be accessed by the alley east of Route 2. We have a new blacktop parking lot coming and a concrete ramp for our classroom door, but first we need some sunshine!
Coming later this month: The GHASTLIES fabric by Henry Alexander! Also, we're making way for new Halloween lines; Ghostly Greetings, and Tim Holtz’s Laboratory. Christmas fabric is on its way and Moda will be shipping Dear Santa and Woodland Winter. Also, the historic Lydia’s Lace, by Betsy Chutchian. Buttermilk Basin wool kits are in stock with more on the way! And arriving any day now: Soak and Flatter products, with all their yummy scents! Our new Toft Crochet Animal Kits are on their way from the United Kingdom; they just shipped out this morning! You’re going to love these little cuties! Also, purse kits and cross-stitch patterns later this month. And last but not least, new patterns are arriving all the time.

Speaking of things coming to our shop; Last week we went to H & H America show in Chicago to hunt down future fabric lines and things that might interest all of you. We found so many wonderful things! In July, we’ll be offering Acufactum fabric in our shop. We found some delicious Christmas fabric and some fun farm fabric as well, for starters. Acufactum fabric is gorgeous, with finely detailed illustrations, and they’re woven from 100% USA hand-picked cotton. Next up, the popular fabric, TILDA from the Norwegian designer Tone Finnanger is also coming to our shop! We will host a trunk show when the Autumn and Winter lines arrive. In addition, I've decided to offer a few select cross stitch kits by Bothy. We're all quilters, but we all like to dabble a bit in other stitch projects! I'm sew excited for you all to see what we have in store for you!
